Nike Running x (RED) x Bank of America: “Turn Your Miles (RED)”
(RED) sneaker collections across both Nike and Converse
As Chief Digital Officer for (RED), Chrysi was part of the (RED) team that launched the Nike x (RED) partnership - which saw Nike convene their athletes around the partnership - the launch video featured Didier Drogba, Maria Sharapova, Kobe Bryant and many more.
(RED) also convened the Nike+ Running Community and Bank of America for the ‘Turn You Miles (RED)’ campaign - tapping in to passion, in to community, and in to impact. Beginning in October, to coincide with the Bank of America-sponsored Chicago Marathon, and ending in December, just after World AIDS Day, the TURN YOUR MILES (RED) campaign gave runners and walkers the chance to turn their athleticism into contributions to (RED). Bank of America donated 40 cents for each Nike+ Running mile pledged to the organization, up to $1 million. Why 40cents? Because at the time that was the daily cost for life-saving medicine.
